Purposes
We use personal data to respond to enquiries, perform and administer audit engagements, meet professional and legal record-keeping duties, and—only with appropriate consent—send occasional Field Notes updates.
Retention
Enquiry correspondence is retained up to 24 months unless a longer period is needed for an active engagement. Audit working papers and engagement records are retained for periods required by Japanese professional standards and applicable law, typically several years after the report date. User rights
Subject to Japanese law, you may request access to personal data we hold about you, correction of inaccuracies, deletion where no longer required, restriction of processing, and information about transfers.
